From physicist to CEO: a global trajectory
I am Chema Salamanca, a physicist by training, MBA holder, and founder of BEAI Energy. My career has been a journey of constant transformation: from the equations of physics to leading teams of over 2,000 people in multinational corporations.
I have worked in more than 25 countries, bridging cultures, teams, and business visions. This multicultural experience has taught me that true transformation is not just technological — it is profoundly human.
Today, from BEAI Energy, I have a clear mission: to ensure that artificial intelligence amplifies the best in us, without replacing us. I believe in technology with purpose, in progress with conscience.
